Visit: The Scottish Parliament

This tour focuses on selected pieces of the Parliament´s Art Collection. This may include information on tapestries, photography, paintings, sculpture and mixed media works. To set the artwork in context, a brief introduction is given to the architecture of the Scottish Parliament building. In addition to the tour, visitors are welcome to visit the exhibition charting the story of the Scottish Parliament.

RDA is coming! National libraries such as the Library of Congress and British Library will be fully adopting RDA by March 31st 2013, so all other libraries need to consider how they will deal with changing to this new cataloguing standard. The ARLIS cataloguing and classification committee invite you to a half-day workshop which considers the practicalities of implementing RDA.
